Yes. Send us your artwork (AI, PDF, PSD or high-resolution JPG) and we will produce a digital proof before production. Custom sizes, fabrics and finishes are all available.

Yes. Samples are available for most products. Sample cost and shipping are usually refundable or deductible from the bulk order.

Standard products ship in about 7–15 days; custom orders usually take 15–25 days depending on quantity and finishing. We confirm the exact schedule when you order.

Every order goes through material inspection, inline checks and a pre-shipment inspection. Photos and inspection reports are provided before shipping.

Sea freight, air freight and express couriers. We can ship to your port or arrange door-to-door delivery, and we prepare the export documents.

Bank transfer (T/T) is standard; for new customers we usually ask for a deposit with the balance before shipment. Other methods can be discussed.
